This winter, the Ace Hotel Toronto is transforming its rooftop bar Evangeline into a cheerful, vibrant winter chalet inspired by the snow-capped lodges of Chamonix and Zermatt. The seasonal pop-up opens Tues., Dec. 2, with reservations available Sunday through Thursday for an indulgent fondue experience designed for cozy nights above the city – complete with free curling on the outdoor rink.
