The Ace Hotel Toronto has transformed its rooftop bar Evangeline into a cheerful, vibrant winter chalet inspired by the snow-capped lodges of Chamonix and Zermatt. Reservations available Sunday through Thursday for an indulgent fondue experience designed for cozy nights above the city – complete with free curling on the outdoor rink (curling available on a first come, first served basis). The Winter Chalet experience is available through Feb. 28, 2026.
